How-to: Fix unable to connect to FXServer
Welcome to the Rapid Hosting Troubleshooting Guide for Resolving the "Unable to Connect to Your FiveM Server" Issue.
Step 1: Verify TxAdmin Settings
To begin, ensure that you have TxAdmin enabled with Onesync Legacy activated. Access these settings in TxAdmin under Settings > FXServer.
If you continue to experience the issue, please proceed to Step 2:
Step 2: Check Server.cfg Configuration
Navigate to your server.cfg file and search for the following lines:
endpoint_add_tcp "0.0.0.0:PORTHERE"
endpoint_add_udp "0.0.0.0:PORTHERE"
If the port numbers specified here do not match your primary allocation port (e.g., 30120 and 30121), it may result in a connection error. Adjust the port numbers to match the primary allocation port, and then restart your server via the Console.
