Method 1: Connecting via WinSCP

Step 1: Launch SFTP from Panel

- Access your server within the Rapid Hosting panel.
- Click "Settings" and then select "Launch SFTP."

Step 2: WinSCP Setup

WinSCP should automatically open with the SFTP connection to your server.
- If prompted, enter your server credentials (username and password).
- You are now connected to your server's files via WinSCP, enabling seamless file management.

Method 2: Connecting via Filezilla

Step 1: Open Filezilla

Ensure that you have Filezilla installed and running on your computer.

Step 2: Access Site Manager

- In Filezilla, navigate to "File" and select "Site Manager."

Step 3: Create New Site

Within the Site Manager, click "New Site."

Step 4: Enter Connection Details

Provide the following information:
- Host: Enter the SERVER ADDRESS displayed in the Rapid Hosting panel (e.g., US1.rapidhosting.cloud).
- Username: Utilize the username listed below the SERVER ADDRESS on the panel.
- Port: The port number is 2022 (the default for SFTP).
- Password: Input the password associated with your account on the Rapid Hosting panel. If unsure, log out and reset your password.

Step 5: Connect to SFTP

Once the connection details are entered, click "Connect."
Filezilla will establish an SFTP connection to your server's files.
